The so-called early fault period is the early stage of the use of index controlled vehicle and milling composite machine tools, from the installation and debugging of the whole machine to about a year of operation. The fault in this stage is characterized by high frequency of failure and rapid decline with the increase of use time.The frequent failures in the initial use are roughly as follows:


1. Mechanical part


Although the CNC vehicle and milling composite machine tool has been running before the factory, but the time is short, and mainly for the main shaft and the guide rail.Due to the processing of parts surface with micro and macro geometry error, before completely running in, the processing surface is rough, parts assembly may have error, therefore, in the early CNC vehicle and milling composite machine tool will produce large wear, make the equipment relatively large gap between larger parts, lead to the occurrence of failure.


2. Electrical part


CNC vehicle and milling composite machine tool control system uses a large number of electronic components, although these components in the factory after a long time of aging test and other ways of screening, but the actual use, due to circuit heating, alternating load, surge current and reverse potential impact, poor performance of the test, due to current impact or voltage breakdown and scrap, or characteristic curve changes, resulting in the whole system can not work normally.


3. Hydraulic part


Due to the long transportation and installation stage after delivery, some parts of the hydraulic system are free of oil for a long time, the lubricating oil in the cylinder is dry, and the oil fog lubrication is impossible to work immediately, resulting in the hydraulic cylinder or cylinder may produce rust.In addition, if the newly installed air pipe is not clean, some debris and water may also enter the system, causing the initial failure of the hydraulic and pneumatic part.
