Common measures are as follows:


1. Improve the machine tool layout and structure design

For example, the heat source is more symmetrical using thermal symmetrical structure, using inclined bed, flat bed and inclined skateboard structure, some heavy machine tools due to structural restrictions using thermal balance measures.


2. Control temperature rise

For the heating part (such as the main shaft, static pressure rail hydraulic oil, etc.) to take heat dissipation, air cooling and liquid cooling control temperature rise to absorb the heat from the heat source, is a more used in all kinds of CNC machine tools to reduce the impact of thermal deformation.


3. Thermal displacement compensation

Prediction of thermal deformation law, establish a mathematical model into the computer for real-time compensation.


4. Take strong cooling measures for the cutting parts

In the large cutting amount of cutting, the hot chips falling on the workbench and the bed body is an important heat source.Multiple nozzles and large flow coolant are generally used to cool and eliminate these hot chips, and the cooling liquid with large capacity circulation heat cooling or cooling device to control the temperature rise.
