The high-speed CNC vertical lathe is developed from ordinary machine tools. The obvious difference between them is that the equipment can automatically process the workpiece according to the processing program, and the whole processing process of ordinary machine tools must be completed by the manual operation of skilled workers. The equipment can realize the linkage of several coordinates and can process complex parts that cannot be processed by ordinary machine tools.

High speed CNC vertical lathe is a two axis linkage semi closed-loop full-function CNC lathe. The spindle is a high-rigid high-speed structure and driven by servo motor, which can realize stepless speed change, constant linear speed cutting and high-speed cutting. It can be equipped with power tool function and ten position hydraulic turret, which can meet the processing of different needs. It is suitable for the processing of a variety of products and small and medium-sized batch products; It shows its advantages for complex and high-precision parts. It is a high-precision and high-efficiency automatic machine tool, equipped with advanced configurations such as multi station servo or power turret. It can process linear cylinder, oblique cylinder, arc and various threads, and can process complex workpieces such as worm.

2、 What is the speed control of the spindle of large NC vertical lathe?

The large CNC vertical lathe is composed of supporting parts, spindle parts, control system, servo system, automatic tool change device, automatic pallet change system and auxiliary system. The supporting parts are composed of bed, column and worktable. They are the basic parts of the machining center, mostly iron castings.

The technical conditions of NC vertical lathe require high standard processing and assembly process to ensure perfect product quality. Machine tool castings are bones, the key to bear cutting torque force and scattered seismic force, and the basis of the stability of the whole machine. They have very high requirements for the rigidity of castings.

The suitable viscosity and good temperature resistance of lubricating oil used in large CNC vertical lathe are related to the starting performance of engine, the wear degree of vertical lathe, the consumption of fuel and lubricating oil and the loss of power. The oil viscosity is too high and the fluidity is poor. If it takes a long time to enter the friction surface, the fuel consumption will increase, the wear of parts will increase, and the cleaning and cooling performance are poor, but the sealing performance is good; The viscosity is too small to form a reliable oil film, the double column vertical car can not maintain lubrication, poor sealing, high wear and power reduction. Therefore, the viscosity is too large or too small, which should be appropriate.

The spindle speed control device of large NC vertical lathe is mainly composed of digital DC speed regulation device and DC motor; PLC is used for enabling control, and the function is realized by 6RA70 controlling DC motor. The rectifier is a full digital compact rectifier with three-phase AC power input, which can supply power to the armature and excitation for variable-speed DC drive. The compact rectifier can be used in parallel.

6RA70 model is selected according to the nameplate of DC motor, Z4 DC motor is selected, and DC speed regulating device is selected according to parameters. The terminals include armature power input and excitation power input. In order to protect the equipment, a fuse shall be added before the armature power supply and excitation power supply enter the DC speed regulating device to play the role of overload protection, and the rated current of the fuse shall be at least 1.2 times higher than the rated current of the equipment. The incoming voltage range of the incoming terminal is 380-460v, which is used for power supply of the electronic board.

Technology and raw materials determine the quality of castings. The fuselage is made of Mina cast iron with ultra-fine particle structure, which has high physical properties, will not twist and deform in harsh environment, and has good rigidity requirements.

Large CNC vertical lathe should be handled according to the actual situation. Appropriately reducing the outer diameter of the reamer, reducing the cutting speed, reducing the main deflection angle, selecting the cutting fluid with better cooling performance, adjusting or replacing the main shaft bearing or replacing the whole main shaft can effectively solve the problem of increasing the hole diameter.
