1. Pre shift

1) Carry out spot inspection on the machine according to the requirements of daily spot inspection, check whether there are problems, then wipe the guide rail and lubricate the machine accordingly.

2) Check the oil quantity of oil cup and oil window to see whether the oil quantity is sufficient and whether the oil level is within the specified range. If the oil quantity is insufficient, supplement it in time. In addition, check whether the oil is deteriorated. If so, replace it in time.

3) Before starting, let the machine run at low speed for 2 to 3 minutes, and conduct horizontal and vertical tool walking tests to check whether the operation of each transmission part is normal.

2. In class

Whether the machine operates abnormally, whether the instrument display is normal, and whether the lubrication condition of the machine is good. If there is any problem, it shall be solved in time. It is strictly prohibited to operate the machine with disease.

3. After class

1) Iron shavings and other sundries shall be cleaned, and all parts of the machine shall be wiped, as well as the tools and measuring tools used.

2) Lubricate the machine so that the machine has good lubrication.

2、 What are the operating procedures of vertical lathe

1. All operators shall pass professional training and examination, and can operate the machine only after passing the examination and holding certificates.

2. Before operating the machine, the operator shall be familiar with and understand the structure and performance of the machine.

3. Before use, the machine should be lubricated, some parts should be cleaned, and the oil circuit should be kept unblocked.

4. Check the machine for abnormalities for about 10 minutes. If there is no problem, then you can start the work.

5. Once any abnormality is found during the operation of the machine, it shall be stopped immediately for inspection and then eliminated.

6. The clamping of cutting tools shall be correct and fastened without looseness. It is strictly prohibited to cut with cutting tools to avoid damaging the tools.

7. The balance spring device on the tool holder shall ensure normal operation, and the spring shall not be adjusted without authorization to avoid problems.

8. When the workbench is running, its speed and running direction are not allowed to change, let alone reverse braking. If you want to run at high speed, you need to add a protective cover.

9. During the operation of vertical lathe, the operator shall not leave without authorization. If you have to leave, stop and turn off the power switch before leaving.

10. After the work is completed, the equipment and site shall be cleaned, the operating handle of the machine shall be placed in neutral, the power supply shall be cut off, and the machine shall be lubricated and maintained daily.
