1. Fever

3. Abnormal movement

2、 Maintenance method of single column vertical lathe

Before operation:

2. If we want to start a machine that doesn't need more than 8 hours, we should roll at a low speed for 3-5 minutes to see if its smooth system is unblocked. The operation of other parts is abnormal, and then we are operating.

During operation:

1. Check the rolling of all parts of the equipment and the operation condition of the smooth system. If there is any abnormality, inform the inspector in time.

2. It is forbidden to put things, workpieces, metal objects and pedals on the rail surface and protective cover.

After operation:

1. Wipe the iron filings and coolant from the guide rail.

2. Clean the iron filings and sundries around the equipment.
