Installation method of NC vertical lathe

1. Lifting and transportation

The special lifting tools provided by the manufacturer shall be used for the lifting and positioning of the machine tool, and other methods are not allowed. Special lifting tools are not required. Steel wire rope shall be used to lift and put in place according to the parts specified in the manual.

2. Foundation and location

The machine tool shall be installed on a firm foundation, and the position shall be far away from the vibration source; Avoid sunlight and heat radiation; Place in a dry place to avoid the influence of humidity and airflow. If there is vibration source near the machine tool, anti vibration ditch must be set around the foundation.

3. Installation of machine tool

When the machine tool is placed on the foundation, it shall be leveled in a free state, and then the anchor bolts shall be locked evenly. For ordinary machine tools, the reading of level gauge shall not exceed 0.04/1000mm, and for high-precision machine tools, the reading of level gauge shall not exceed 0.02/1000mm. When measuring the installation accuracy, it should be carried out at a constant temperature, and the measuring tool should be used after a period of constant temperature time. During the installation of NC vertical lathe, we should try our best to avoid the installation method of forced deformation of the machine tool. During the installation of the machine tool, some parts of the machine tool should not be removed randomly. The removal of parts may lead to the redistribution of internal stress in the machine tool, thus affecting the accuracy of the machine tool.

4. Preparation before commissioning

After the geometric accuracy of CNC vertical lathe passes the inspection, the whole machine needs to be cleaned. Cotton cloth or silk cloth soaked with cleaning agent shall be used, and cotton yarn or gauze shall not be used. Clean the antirust oil or antirust paint applied to protect the guide rail surface and machining surface when the machine tool leaves the factory. Clean the dust on the outer surface of the machine tool. Apply lubricating oil specified by the machine tool on each sliding surface and working surface.

Carefully check whether all parts of the machine tool are filled with oil as required and whether there is enough coolant in the cooling box. Whether the oil of the hydraulic station and automatic lubrication device of the machine tool reaches the position specified by the oil level indicator.

Check whether the switches and components in the electrical control box are normal and whether the inserted integrated circuit boards are in place. Power on and start the centralized lubrication device to fill all lubricating parts and lubricating oil circuits with lubricating oil. Make all preparations before the action of all parts of the machine tool.
