What is the operation process of grinding raceway with NC vertical lathe?

1. Clamp and align the electric grinding head, and check the runout of the grinding head spindle.

2. Install the grinding wheel on the electric grinding head, use a special dresser to trim the grinding wheel to the same size as the fixed size of the bearing raceway, and use a special tool setting template to check whether the shape of the grinding wheel is qualified.

3. Use the special tool setting template to determine the correct position of the grinding wheel relative to the workpiece, and then align the position of the grinding wheel and the finished raceway.

4. For grinding the raceway, the hand wheel shall be used to manually apply the knife for 0.002mm each time, and the grinding spark shall be observed. After the grinding spark disappears completely, the hand wheel shall be used to apply the knife for 0.002mm again, and this process shall be repeated until the requirements of the product drawing are met.
